The keyboard is an old system designed to let humans recreate text quickly onto paper. But with surface computing, there is no keyboard and text is digital. Will we evolve another way of recording text?
No longer will it be necessary to ink onto paper for distribution to the masses, but now it’s to digitised surfaces. Like walls, tables, outside spaces, trains, floors anywhere! Just check this out on TED.
So what’s the next keyboard? Surface has already done away with the mouse…
